HumanBecomings

You deserve to heal.

Stay as long as you need. Nothing here will rush you.

I'm having a hard time

Or tap a light to go straight there.

What's it like right now?

Pick whatever is closest. You don't have to explain anything, and there's no wrong answer.

Things you can do here

No account, no trial, nothing locked. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere. It stays on your device.

Follow the light. In while it grows, out while it shrinks. The breath out is longer on purpose. It tells your body it's allowed to slow down.

Whenever you're ready.

When you want a person

Not because you're too much. Because nobody should have to carry this alone. You can start with a text if talking feels like too much.

    A note on this space

This isn't a corporate wellness site, and it isn't therapy. I'm not a licensed professional. I'm someone who's been in the dark places and found some lights along the way. Everything here is shared in that spirit, one human to another.

Everything here is free, tonight and next month. No paywalls on healing, and no trial that quietly turns into a bill. If you just needed to know someone understands: you're not alone. Keep going.

    A note on transparency

I'm not trying to lead with this, and I'm definitely not seeking pity. But closed mouths don't get fed, and the truth deserves to be told.

The reality is: I've been illegally evicted and forced into homelessness on the other side of fraud, complicity, and corruption. This website and these resources were built while I was navigating the depths of my own darkest days, and I'm still praying that light will come from somewhere.

Maybe that's you. Maybe it's someone you choose to share this page with. I don't know. But I'm trying my best, not only for myself, but so I can continue making even better resources for others.

In my experience, it's exactly the refusal to be open about the truth that causes and perpetuates so much of the ongoing harm we see around us. So I'm being transparent about where I am, and what it takes to keep building.
